Our Story 

Founded in 2003 by Joey Tran and Vivian Li, our company was built on a simple yet powerful belief: doing things the right way matters. Long before they became entrepreneurs, Joey and Vivian worked side by side as sales professionals at a leading pharmaceutical company. Their time in the industry gave them a front-row seat to both the opportunities and challenges within the healthcare space. While they appreciated the knowledge and experience they gained, they also became increasingly aware of the shortcomings in how business was often conducted—where profit sometimes outweighed people, and short-term gains were prioritized over long-term trust.

Determined to create something different, Joey and Vivian took a leap of faith. In 2003, they left behind the security of their corporate careers and set out to build a company rooted in honesty, transparency, and true customer care. They knew it wouldn’t be easy, but they believed that doing the right thing—for clients, partners, and their community—would always lead to something meaningful.
